• Sanctioning Body: International Barbeque Cookers Association IBCA Rules will apply, ALL judge decisions are final. 
• Cook-Off area spaces will be approximately 40’x 40’ and contestants must have a fire extinguisher per space. 
• Due to safety concerns, only ONE tow vehicle (excluding camper/RV) will be allowed on-site per paid cook spot. 
• The vehicle must remain parked through Saturday evening. • Please drive slowly, 5 MPH, while setting up Friday 
• All non-essential vehicles MUST be removed from the cook-off area by 8:30 PM Friday, July 17th. 
• No vehicle traffic will be allowed Saturday, July 18th until after the Awards Ceremony concludes. This will be strictly enforced. 
• A vehicle pass will be provided by mail or at check-in. Pass must be prominently displayed on the dashboard of the vehicle that will stay in the cook-off area. 
• All cookers, trailers, motor homes, vehicles, tents or any other equipment including generators shall not exceed the boundaries of the team’s assigned space. If available, a team may request additional space at the time of application and pay $100 for an additional 40’ x 40’ approximately measured space. 
• Fires must be of wood, wood pellets or charcoal. Gas and electric grills are NOT allowed. Propane may be used to start fires only. 
• BBQ teams are responsible for keeping their immediate area clean. Trash bins and restrooms are available for use. 
• Each team must provide all supplies and equipment as needed. There will be ice available for purchase at $3.00 for a 20 lb. bag.
 • Digging of holes and pits is not permitted. 
• The chief cook will be held responsible for the conduct of the team. Each team will be responsible for the cleanup of their space.
• Contestants may begin setting up at 12pm Friday.
• Contestants and/or guest are prohibited from possessing of fire arms while on premises
• No outside beer or alcohol will be allowed into Concert Venue. No exceptions.
• PLEASE respect the spaces provided to you and your neighboring team(s)
• 12:00 Chicken Turn In (2 chicken halves)
• 1:30 Pork Spare Ribs (9 individual pork spare ribs)
• 3:00 Brisket (9 Full Slices)
• Awards around 6:00 P.M.
• Keep in mind, we ask for NO FOOD SALES PLEASE
